Job Description:

Join our team as a highly motivated and detail-oriented Program Finance & Analytics Fellow. In this role, you will contribute to the development of business and financial models, as well as play a pivotal role in documenting essential processes. Your collaboration with program teams will be crucial to these modeling and documentation endeavors. This fellowship promises immersive experience within a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive financial models to facilitate business planning, forecasting, and strategic decision-making
• Engage in incisive business model research and formulation across diverse sectors, influencing bankers and policy makers alike
• Conduct diligent research and analysis to underpin financial modeling and documentation efforts
• Create and uphold up-to-date standard operating procedures, process flows, and other pertinent documentation
• Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams, ensuring precise and punctual analysis and documentation
• Participate actively in training and developmental activities to bolster your skill set and knowledge base

Requirements:

• Possess a Bachelor's Degree in any discipline
• Showcase adept analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Exhibit exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
