Position: Fellow – Documentation
Department : Outreach
Location: Guwahati, Assam
Duration: 3 months
Remuneration: Up to Rs 25,000 per month (depending upon skills and experience)

Job Summary

The documentation fellow will be responsible for contributing to the creation of comprehensive case studies, documenting processes, and capturing impactful stories related to both successful and unsuccessful scenarios. This fellowship provides an excellent opportunity for an individual with strong analytical and communication skills to gain hands-on experience in documenting real-world situations.

Responsibilities

  • Case Study Development: conduct research and interviews to gather information for developing case studies – both successful and unsuccessful (failure cases), compile detailed and engaging case studies highlighting real-world scenarios and outcomes, and collaborate with relevant teams to ensure accuracy and completeness of case study content.
  • Process Documentation : process of certain programs, and projects – both successful and failed process.
  • Collaboration and Communication : work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to gather relevant information, and communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure accurate representation of cases.
  • Presentation and Reporting : prepare presentations summarizing case studies, process documentation, failure cases, and impact stories, Present findings to team members and stakeholders as required.
