Roles & Responsibilities

• Responsibilities include planning, directing and coordinating software development projects from initiation through implementation.
• Develop high-level project plans and ensure the scope and approach are fully understood by all stakeholders.
• Develop and coordinate project schedules, resources, change requests.
• Monitor and communicate the progress of project delivery and ensure timely and effective communication of project status.
• Prepare high level functional requirements documentation.
• Work with Program Managers, Director of PMO, and Vice President of Applications Development, to ensure quality and timely delivery of small projects.
• Develop high-level project plans and ensure that scope is fully understood by all stakeholders.
• Articulate functional and technical concepts, as well as possess a working understanding of the inter-dependencies between technical tasks.
• Identify and track key project milestones and measurement reporting (base-lining, critical path).
• Negotiate and influence cross-functional teams to ensure appropriate resourcing levels are engaged and maintained throughout the course of the project life cycle.
